Real Estate SMMs & Video Editors! Long-Term Direct Client Opportunity

We’re looking for a strong Social Media & Video Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a professional real estate brand. This is not a basic posting role. We need someone who can take existing content and turn it into polished, professional marketing across social media, email, and YouTube.
Responsibilities
✅ Editing short-form and long-form video
✅ Repurposing long-form content into social clips
✅ Creating professional thumbnails and Canva graphics
✅ Posting and scheduling content across social platforms
✅ Publishing and optimizing YouTube videos
✅ Executing Mailchimp emails (newsletters)
✅ Following an established brand kit
✅ Tracking content performance and engagement
✅ Helping improve the content workflow over time
Qualifications
🎯 Real estate marketing experience
🎯 Strong spoken and written English
🎯 Proven video editing experience
🎯 A portfolio showing actual short-form and/or long-form video work
🎯 Experience with Canva
🎯 Experience with professional editing tools such as CapCut, Descript, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
🎯 YouTube Studio experience
🎯 Working knowledge of Mailchimp
🎯 Strong attention to detail
🎯 Ability to work independently
🎯 Willingness to work on an EST schedule
🎯 Willingness to use a VPN
🎯 Comfortable with time tracking

Compensation & Work Setup Rate:
$8/hour starting
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 20–40 hours per week to start aligned with EST Time Zone
Work Setup: Fully remote | 100% computer-based role
Employment: Direct hire. The client pays the selected candidate directly. No agency salary deductions.
Growth: Opportunity to increase hours and responsibilities based on performance and business needs
Long-Term Opportunity
This is not a project-based role.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the client long term, take ownership of recurring marketing responsibilities, become familiar with the brand and business, and gradually take on greater responsibility as trust is built.
