Growth Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Engineer based in India.
This role blends growth strategy, technical execution, marketing, and revenue operations in a fast-moving AI startup environment. You will identify high-value accounts, develop growth experiments, and build the systems that turn market insight into qualified pipeline. The position is highly hands-on, combining coding, automation, content creation, distribution, partnerships, and analytics. You will work directly with APIs, data sources, AI tools, CRM platforms, and automation systems to build scalable go-to-market workflows. Rather than simply managing campaigns, you will own the full process from hypothesis and targeting through execution, measurement, and optimisation. You will also help establish new distribution channels across content, social, communities, partnerships, and account-based marketing.
