Role Description The Data Analyst at Ujass will work full time on-site in Indore, collaborating with business and technical teams to turn raw data into actionable insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources, building reports and dashboards, and performing exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns. The role involves supporting decision-makers with clear visualizations, data summaries, and recommendations, as well as monitoring key performance indicators and investigating anomalies. The Data Analyst will help design and maintain data models, contribute to process improvements, and document methodologies and findings in a clear, structured manner. The person in this role will also communicate results to stakeholders in a way that is easy to understand and useful for operational and strategic planning.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and solid experience in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess a good understanding of Statistics and the ability to apply statistical methods to real-world datasets.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Data Modeling and working with relational or dimensional data structures.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL or other query languages is beneficial.
Knowledge of programming languages used in data analysis (such as Python or R) is an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
