About the Role
We are hiring licensed Speech Language Therapists (SLTs) to assess, treat, and support patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals who want to deliver high-quality therapy across diverse clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy services to children and adults
Monitor and document patient progress in EMR systems
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on therapy strategies
Maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, and legal standards
Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
Requirements
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MS/SLP) or equivalent
Active state-specific SLP license in the U.S.
Clinical experience preferred; new graduates may be considered
Knowledge of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with diverse patient populations
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pediatric, adult, or multi-specialty clinical settings
Familiarity with telehealth therapy sessions
Strong clinical documentation and EMR skills
Advanced certifications or training in specialized therapy areas
