Role Description The VP of Strategic Initiatives is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading cross-functional programs that advance BTP Consulting’s long-term vision and growth. This role oversees the design, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, client needs, and market opportunities. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with executive leadership, setting strategic priorities, managing complex portfolios of projects, and tracking performance against key metrics. The VP will work closely with finance and operations to assess business cases, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate risks. This position also involves building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying new opportunities for innovation, and continuously improving processes to support high-performance teams and sustainable outcomes.
Qualifications
Program Management skills to lead, prioritize, and deliver multiple strategic initiatives and complex project portfolios.
Executive Management experience, including leadership of cross-functional teams and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop insights, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Finance knowledge to understand budgets, business cases, and ROI for strategic programs.
Strategic Planning capabilities to define long-term objectives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Proven track record in consulting, professional services, or organizational development is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Advanced degree in business, finance, organizational development, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
