Role Description The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading Armada Medical Company’s overall marketing strategy and execution. This position oversees brand positioning, marketing campaigns, digital presence, and communication initiatives to strengthen market visibility and support business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing plans, directing market research and analysis, coordinating public relations activities, and aligning marketing and sales efforts with organizational objectives. The CMO will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, manage budgets, optimize performance metrics, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. The role also involves mentoring the marketing team, building strategic partnerships, and supporting expansion into new markets.
Qualifications
Strategic marketing planning skills, including Market Planning and Marketing Management, to design and lead comprehensive marketing initiatives.
Strong Market Research capabilities to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in Public Relations to manage media relations, brand reputation, and external communications across diverse stakeholders.
Experience in Sales collaboration and alignment to support revenue growth, lead generation, and go-to-market strategies.
Proven leadership experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams in remote or distributed environments.
Strong analytical, budgeting, and performance measurement skills, with familiarity in digital marketing and brand management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is an advantage.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
