Role Description The Vice President of Product Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end product operations across NEFTI’s offerings. This position oversees the operational framework for product planning, delivery, and lifecycle management, ensuring that product teams have clear processes, metrics, and tools to execute efficiently. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment between product, engineering, and business stakeholders, and optimizing workflows for release management and process improvement. The role also involves developing and tracking key performance indicators, establishing governance for product programs, and mentoring product operations and program management teams. The Vice President will contribute to strategic decision-making, support product roadmap execution, and help scale NEFTI’s capabilities as the network grows.
Qualifications
Strong Product Operations experience, including designing and improving processes that support product lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated Product Management skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
Proven Project Management and Program Management capabilities to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning through execution.
Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and continuous optimization of product and operational metrics.
Experience leading remote teams, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
Background in payments, fintech, or financial services is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Lean) are a plus.
Track record of building scalable processes in high-growth or network-based organizations.
