Role Description This full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist is based in Saraswati Vihar. The specialist will generate new business leads, manage inquiries, and convert prospects into customers for relocation and logistics services. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, explaining service offerings, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role also involves planning and executing local marketing activities, maintaining relationships with corporate and individual clients, and supporting the development of promotional materials and campaigns. The specialist will collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and gather feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, and manage a sales pipeline.
Experience in Training team members or partners on service offerings, sales processes, and customer handling.
Background in logistics, relocation, or related service industries is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site full-time in Saraswati Vihar and travel locally as needed.
Comfort with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking software).
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Preferred qualification: diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
