SOC 2 CPA Firm — AI Pilot Partner

Role Summary
Skadi is looking for a forward-thinking CPA or audit firm to partner with us on SOC 2 engagements.
Partners can run their own client engagements using Skadi’s technology or work with clients and engagements brought by Skadi. Skadi uses AI to analyze evidence, test controls, and reduce repetitive audit work, while licensed CPAs retain professional judgment and responsibility for the final audit opinion.
Responsibilities
Run your own SOC 2 engagements using Skadi’s platform and methodology, or work on engagements sourced by Skadi.
Review AI-assisted evidence analysis and control testing.
Apply independent professional judgment and perform additional testing when needed.
Issue SOC 2 reports where applicable.
Provide practical feedback to continuously improve the audit workflow and methodology.
Collaborate with Skadi to build an efficient, scalable model for SOC 2 audits.
Qualifications
Licensed CPA or established CPA/audit firm.
Experience conducting SOC 2 examinations.
Strong understanding of AICPA Trust Services Criteria.
Comfortable with technology and AI-assisted audit workflows.
Open-minded and interested in modernizing traditional audit processes.
Strong commitment to independence, professional standards, and audit quality.
