is exploring, researching, and developing in the area of AI Assistants.
We're an early-stage, founder-led team building at the edge of what AI assistants can do. (Unrelated to Databricks Genie.) About the Role We're looking for a Product Developer Intern to work directly with our founder on a scoped software project for our AI assistant product.
This is a hands-on, mentorship-driven mini-internship. It's flexible enough to fit around your schedule, but you'll have real ownership over a piece of the build. What You'll Do
Own a defined, right-sized feature or task within Genie's product
Work directly with the founder through regular check-ins and code review
Contribute to real product decisions, including architecture, debugging, and prioritization
Deliver a complete, demoable piece of work by the end of the term

What We're Looking For
Student or recent graduate in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Comfortable writing code and picking up new tools quickly
Curious about AI assistants, self-directed, and communicates proactively
Excited to work in a small, fast-moving, founder-led environment
A GitHub or other portfolio showcasing past projects is a plus
Logistics
Duration: 4 weeks
Commitment: 5 hours per week minimum, flexible. More time is welcome for those who want deeper involvement
