Senior Graphic Designer, Email Marketing Agency

We're Bedford - a high-performing DTC email agency trusted by top Shopify brands. We're looking for a graphic designer with taste, speed, and precision. You'll be the creative engine behind our visual work!
You should have amazing design instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate creative direction into clean, conversion-focused email layouts, fast.
What You Will Do:
Design email campaigns across 4-6 core accounts
Build out design systems and reusable components that speed up production without making everything feel templated
Translate campaign ideas into scroll-stopping visuals
Collaborate with copywriters and project managers to align visuals with messaging, goals, and performance
Move fast without cutting corners
Push creative boundaries where appropriate, but know when clean and clear wins
Balance multiple accounts and timelines, communicating clearly when priorities shift
Qualifications
Strong portfolio of digital design work that shows great taste, creativity, brand adaptability, clean execution
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (+ comfortable in Figma)
Ability to move quickly and manage your own workflow across multiple accounts
Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
Clear communicator - able to take feedback, push back when needed, and explain design decisions
Bonus: experience working in eCommerce or email previously
