Role Description The Registered Nurse at milaaesthetics will provide direct client care in an aesthetic clinical setting, including pre-treatment assessments, assisting with and performing approved aesthetic procedures, and monitoring client safety throughout each visit. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, managing clinical supplies, documenting care accurately, and following established protocols and infection-control standards. The nurse will educate clients about treatment options, pre- and post-care instructions, and overall health considerations, while maintaining clear communication with the supervising clinician and wider care team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring consistent collaboration with medical and administrative staff to support smooth clinic operations and a positive client experience.
Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with eligibility to practice in Ahmedabad or the applicable jurisdiction.
Strong clinical skills, including client assessment, vital sign monitoring, and adherence to infection-control and safety protocols.
Experience or keen interest in aesthetic, dermatologic, or outpatient clinical settings, with the ability to learn new procedures and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear client education and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Comfort with using electronic medical records and basic digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory, and client-centered care.
Relevant nursing diploma or degree; additional certifications in aesthetic nursing or dermatology are an advantage.
