We’re a growing U.S.-based residential cleaning company looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Bilingual Recruiting & Operations Coordinator. You’ll help us interview and onboard cleaning professionals, keep applicant records current, and support day-to-day operations—including hiring for our Detroit-area team.
We’re looking for someone who is fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish, communicates professionally, and follows through without needing frequent reminders.
What you’ll do
Call and interview potential cleaning professionals in English and Spanish.
Review applicants on Indeed and mark each candidate Accept, Maybe, or Reject, with clear notes when needed.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Oversee onboarding by sending and tracking background-screening steps, W-9 forms, and independent-contractor agreements.
Verify that cleaners have current general liability insurance before completing onboarding.
Add approved cleaners to our CRM and keep their records complete and accurate.
Help coordinate cleaner schedules and communicate with contractor teams.
Support customer calls, follow-ups, scheduling changes, and other operational needs as they arise.
Keep applicant and onboarding information organized and confidential.
What we’re looking for
Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
Confident, professional phone communication and interviewing skills.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple applicants and onboarding steps at once.
Comfort using online forms, spreadsheets, CRMs, Indeed, and other web-based tools.
A respectful, friendly approach with applicants, cleaners, and customers.
Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet place to take calls.
Experience in recruiting, onboarding, customer service, or virtual assistance is preferred. Experience in residential cleaning or home services is a plus.
Schedule and compensation
Location: Remote within Guatemala; applicants in or near Guatemala City are welcome.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, with a one-hour lunch break.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Pay: $7 USD per hour starting rate.
No evenings or weekends.
