Growth Intelligence Manager — Risk & Strategic Projects

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Intelligence Manager — Risk & Strategic Projects based in Brazil.
This role combines growth strategy, risk management, data intelligence, and cross-functional leadership.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team focused on protecting the operation from financial losses while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
The position blends analytical investigation with the execution of high-impact strategic initiatives, including new monetization channels.
You will work closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to solve complex problems and turn ambiguous ideas into structured initiatives.
A key part of the role is building proactive monitoring, governance, and compliance mechanisms that can scale with the business.
You will also define success metrics, develop business cases, and use data to validate and refine new growth opportunities.

Accountabilities
Identify and proactively monitor operational anomalies involving financial losses, data leakage, partner misconduct, and quality issues, developing automated monitoring rules and data-driven alerts from the ground up.
Assess the potential financial and operational impact of risks and use these insights to prioritize initiatives with key stakeholders.
Manage reporting and compliance channels, ensuring cases are appropriately triaged, investigated, and addressed through measures such as operational restrictions, revenue recovery, or targeted partner training.
Continuously improve quality, data protection, and risk-management frameworks, helping shift operations from reactive problem-solving toward proactive and scalable governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence policies related to partner programs, incentives, quality, and operational controls.
Identify, structure, and lead high-priority strategic projects end to end, from defining scope and business cases through execution and delivery.
Develop new revenue opportunities, including potential monetization initiatives such as advertising channels.
Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, and Business teams to design, pilot, and scale new initiatives, turning ambiguous zero-to-one problems into actionable roadmaps.
Establish success metrics and monitoring frameworks for strategic initiatives, using data to test assumptions, iterate quickly, and validate opportunities before scaling.
Requirements
Relevant experience solving complex problems and extracting actionable insights from data.
Experience structuring or building new functions, processes, or areas from the ground up.
Proven experience managing complex projects that require fast, effective problem-solving and execution.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and structured approaches to delivering strategic initiatives.
Experience collaborating with and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
Proficiency with data-processing and analysis tools such as SQL and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with AI-based tools and models for supporting analysis, research, or decision-making.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
Advanced English is a plus.
