We’re Hiring: Marketing & Business Development Specialist
Tech Revolution is looking for a results-driven Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join our team remotely.
This is not a role for someone who only knows how to post on social media.
We’re looking for someone who understands how marketing connects to leads, conversations, appointments, and ultimately sales.
Your core responsibility will be to help us build and execute a consistent customer acquisition system.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns
* Build targeted prospect lists and manage email outreach
* Write and test cold email sequences and follow-ups
* Manage social media outreach and prospecting
* Develop practical marketing strategies and campaign plans
* Identify and approach potential customers
* Communicate professionally with prospects
* Qualify interested leads
* Follow up consistently with prospects
* Book qualified appointments for the sales team
* Support sales conversations and business development
* Track campaign performance and continuously improve results
What we’re looking for:
You should have hands-on experience with email marketing and outbound lead generation. This is the most important requirement.
You should also understand social media outreach, marketing strategy, lead generation, appointment setting, follow-up, and basic sales psychology.
We value people who can execute, not just discuss marketing theories.
You should be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of targets, testing different approaches, learning from campaign data, and communicating clearly with the team.
Experience with tools used for email outreach, CRM, prospect research, LinkedIn prospecting, email verification, automation, or similar sales and marketing systems will be an advantage.
Work arrangement:
Remote / Work From Home
Compensation:
Fixed monthly salary + performance-based sales commission.
This means you’ll have the stability of a fixed salary while also having the opportunity to earn more based on the business results you help generate.
