Role Description The Onboarding Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Srinagar. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process for new driver-partners and other stakeholders, including document verification, system registration, and orientation on company policies and technology platforms. The Onboarding Manager will coordinate with operations, customer support, and technology teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience and timely resolution of issues. Daily responsibilities include conducting onboarding sessions, maintaining accurate records, monitoring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and providing ongoing guidance to newly onboarded partners. The role also requires identifying process improvements, generating reports on onboarding metrics, and supporting initiatives that enhance partner engagement and service quality.
Qualifications
Strong skills in stakeholder onboarding, coordination, and relationship management, with the ability to guide driver-partners through structured processes.
Proficiency in using digital tools, mobile applications, and basic data entry software to manage records and track onboarding status.
Knowledge of compliance and documentation requirements in transport or service-oriented businesses, including verification and record-keeping practices.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct training or orientation sessions for diverse groups.
Experience in operations, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in transportation, logistics, or technology-enabled services.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Ability to work on-site in Srinagar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, growing organization.
