Job Overview

The selected candidate will work with engineering teams to develop, test, and maintain automation solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and software quality.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing and developing automation scripts and test solutions.
Create and maintain automated test cases for software applications.
Execute automated and manual tests and document results.
Identify, troubleshoot, and report software defects.
Work with development teams to understand requirements and testing needs.
Assist in integrating automation into software development workflows.
Maintain automation frameworks, scripts, and technical documentation.
Analyze test results and help improve application quality.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and team discussions.
Continuously learn and apply new automation tools and technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic programming knowledge in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
Understanding of software development and testing fundamentals.
Basic knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
Basic knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman.
Familiarity with SQL and databases.
Understanding of Git/GitHub.
Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts.
Exposure to Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Academic, internship, or personal projects involving software automation or testing.
