Design & Frontend Specialist
Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
micro1 is seeking Design & Frontend Specialists to support a customer project focused on design, UX, and frontend technical reasoning for AI training. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze design and frontend challenges and explain technical decisions.
Create and review design docs, research reports, RFCs, and ADRs.
Evaluate design systems, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
Analyze trade-offs, constraints, and user impact.
Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.

JavaScript / TypeScript & React
Accessibility
Design & Technical Rationale Writing

3+ years of experience in product design, UX, UI, or frontend engineering.
Strong design/technical documentation and analytical writing skills.
