Role Description The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap for eGlobalDoctors’ telehealth and Health Passport solutions in alignment with business goals and user needs. On a day-to-day basis, this role will gather and prioritize requirements, translate them into clear product specifications, and work closely with engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders to deliver features from concept to launch. The Product Manager will analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to inform continuous improvements and new opportunities. This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective collaboration across distributed teams, clear communication, and strong ownership of product outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience with product strategy and roadmap planning, including defining vision, goals, and success metrics.
Skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, and translating business needs into actionable product specifications.
Competence in data analysis, user research, and interpreting market and competitive insights to inform product decisions.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and clinical or healthcare stakeholders.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Health Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in digital health, telemedicine, or SaaS products is highly beneficial.
Comfort working in a fully remote environment with distributed teams and using collaboration tools effectively.
