Role Description
The Branch Manager role at Thomas Cook India Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, including sales of foreign exchange products, customer service, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and ensuring branch profitability through effective planning, local marketing initiatives, and performance tracking. The Branch Manager leads and coaches the branch team, sets clear targets, conducts regular reviews, and supports professional development to maintain high service standards. The role also involves cultivating strong customer relationships, managing key local corporate accounts, resolving escalations, and coordinating with central teams on products, pricing, reporting, and audit activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance coaching, and the ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
