Your Role
Manage the daily cash position and prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts.
Manage operational relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Coordinate the opening and closing of bank accounts, as well as the updating of powers of attorney and legal documentation.
Manage financial instruments such as performance bonds (boletas de garantía) and time deposits.
Monitor and control bank fees, financial expenses, and terms.
Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure the correct accounting entry of financial transactions.
Support monthly accounting close processes related to treasury.
Coordinate the administration of corporate cards and other payment instruments.
Participate in internal and external audits and compliance reviews.
Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly and annual tax returns.
Support compliance with tax obligations before the Chilean Tax Authority (SII).
Collaborate in the preparation of tax forms, sworn declarations (declaraciones juradas), and regulatory reports.
Support the management of tax authority requests and audits.
Act as an operational backup for the Tax Specialist during absences or contingencies.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and procedures.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in corporate treasury or audit firms.
Experience working with banking platforms and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Chilean tax regulations.
Experience in multinational companies.
Proficiency in cash management and cash flow forecasting.
Knowledge of domestic and international banking operations.
