This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Associate based in India.

As a Marketing Associate, you will gain hands-on experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, content, events, and digital marketing activities. You will work cross-functionally with marketing and demand generation teams to help bring innovative technology solutions to market. Accountabilities
Support go-to-market planning and execution across marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Draft, edit, and refine compelling messaging and positioning that communicates business value to different target audiences.
Help translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible marketing content.
Assist with campaign planning, coordination, content distribution, and execution.
Collaborate with demand generation and digital marketing teams to optimise marketing funnels and improve campaign performance.
Track campaign activity and performance, helping identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
Support the coordination and promotion of webinars, events, and other marketing activities.
Assist with social media campaigns and content promotion across relevant channels.
Contribute ideas, experiments, and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
Work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Take ownership of assigned projects and continuously look for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
Foundational knowledge of marketing principles, go-to-market strategies, or related concepts through a degree, internship, personal project, or equivalent experience.
Genuine curiosity about technology and enthusiasm for learning about open-source software and technical products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in storytelling and creating engaging content.
Ability to analyse complex topics, identify key information, and turn insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build productive relationships in a cross-functional environment.
Proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
