We're looking for an entrepreneurial marketer who combines creativity with analytical thinking and enjoys experimenting, learning and building scalable customer acquisition systems.

What You'll Do
Own Songdew's customer acquisition strategy through Meta advertising.
Conceptualise engaging campaign ideas, ad creatives and messaging that drive lead generation and conversions.
Plan, execute and optimise Meta campaigns across the customer acquisition funnel.
Continuously test creatives, hooks, audiences and messaging to improve campaign performance.
Analyse campaign performance and convert insights into actionable improvements.
Improve key growth metrics such as Cost per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and conversion rates.
Build remarketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
Work closely with the Social Media team to ensure organic and paid content complement each other.
Mentor and guide the Social Media Executive, ensuring content strategy aligns with customer acquisition objectives.
Stay ahead of changes in Meta's advertising ecosystem and identify new growth opportunities.

Understand consumer behaviour and digital marketing funnels.
Be curious, proactive and willing to experiment continuously.
Have the ability to mentor and guide a small marketing team.
