Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Freelance Consultants based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, supporting projects across Pan India. Consultants will engage with clients to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and propose solutions aligned with project goals. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting meetings and interviews, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting implementation of recommendations. The role involves managing project timelines, documenting progress, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Consultants are expected to work independently, maintain professional communication, and travel as needed within India for client engagements.
Qualifications
Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and propose practical solutions.
Experience in stakeholder management, client communication, and building long-term professional relationships.
Competence in project coordination, documentation, and preparation of clear reports and presentations.
Comfort with on-site client interactions, workshops, and meetings in the Greater Bengaluru Area and across India.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Relevant academic background in Business, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields.
Prior consulting, advisory, or client-facing experience preferred, especially in Indian market contexts.
Willingness to travel within India for projects and on-site client requirements.
