Senior Sauna & Wellness Space Designer / 3D Visualizer

Aquatics International Group designs and builds luxury pools, rooftop pools, saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges, spas and wellness spaces in New York City, for private residences, residential building amenity floors, clubs, gyms, studios and hotels.
We're looking for a top-tier designer and 3D visualizer to turn our founder's concepts into presentations that win projects. You'll work project by project, with steady ongoing work for the right person.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design layouts for pools, rooftop pools, saunas, steam rooms, cold plunge and contrast therapy rooms, relaxation lounges, changing areas and full wellness suites
- Work within real NYC conditions: apartments, brownstone cellars, amenity floors, rooftops and commercial storefronts
- Create photorealistic renders (typically 3-6 per project) with true-to-life wood, stone, tile, water and lighting
- Build look-and-feel boards for materials, finishes and fixtures
- Produce material and finish specifications plus typical construction details (wall and ceiling build-ups, vapor barriers, bench construction, ventilation and drain locations) for our review
- Assemble polished client presentation decks in our brand style
- Revise quickly based on founder and client feedback
WHAT YOU NEED
- A strong portfolio of pool, sauna, spa, wellness or luxury hospitality interiors. Please include renders you created yourself.
- Your work has helped win luxury residential, hospitality or wellness projects.
- Skilled in SketchUp, Revit or AutoCAD, plus V-Ray, Enscape, D5, Lumion or similar
- Understanding of how saunas, steam rooms and pools actually work: heater clearances, ventilation, vapor barriers, drainage, waterproofing and materials that hold up to heat, water and moisture
- Clear English and fast turnaround (first renders within 3-5 days)
- NYC experience is a strong plus

- All work is produced for Aquatics International Group and delivered under our brand. NDA required.
