Role Description The Mobile Field Buyback Specialist is a full-time on-site role based in Meerut. This role involves visiting customers at their location to evaluate used smartphones, verify device condition, and determine fair buyback value according to company guidelines. The specialist will explain pricing, answer customer inquiries, complete necessary documentation, and process payments or order confirmations on the spot. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records of inspections and transactions, and ensuring that each customer has a smooth, transparent, and professional buyback experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to share feedback from the field, support process improvements, and uphold Cashify’s service standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess device condition, verify specifications, and determine accurate buyback value.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to explain offers clearly, handle questions, and build trust with customers on-site.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to identify basic device issues and differentiate between functional and cosmetic defects.
Candidates should possess Training-related capabilities to adopt new processes quickly and, when needed, guide colleagues on updated evaluation or documentation procedures.
Additional qualifications: familiarity with smartphones and mobile technology, comfort using mobile apps or handheld devices for data entry, ability to travel locally in Meerut, reliability in handling cash and records, and prior experience in field sales, retail, or service roles is an advantage.
