Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Claim role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing end-to-end motor insurance claims, including documentation, coordination with insurance companies, and follow-up on approvals and settlements. The individual will review claim files, verify customer and vehicle details, and ensure compliance with insurance policies and company procedures. Daily responsibilities include communicating with customers about claim status, liaising with internal service teams and surveyors, and maintaining accurate records in relevant systems. The role also requires identifying discrepancies, resolving claim-related issues, and supporting continuous improvement in claim handling processes.
Qualifications
Strong Claims Management and Claims Handling skills, with experience in end-to-end motor insurance claim processes.
Solid understanding of Insurance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements relevant to automotive claims.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to review documentation, identify discrepancies, and support accurate claim decisions.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, insurers, surveyors, and internal teams.
Attention to detail and proficiency in using CRM or claims management software.
Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Prior experience in automobile dealership or motor insurance claims is preferred.
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, insurance, business, or a related field is an advantage.
