Role Description The Collection Agent role at CredResolve is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the Collection Agent will contact borrowers through calls or visits to remind them of due payments, negotiate payment plans, and ensure timely cash collection while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The agent will maintain accurate records of interactions, update account statuses, and escalate complex cases when necessary. The role involves working closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns, provide clear information on repayment options, and support the overall efficiency of the debt recovery process. The Collection Agent is expected to uphold professional communication standards and contribute to a positive borrower experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection to manage recovery activities effectively and meet collection targets.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with borrowers respectfully and resolve payment-related issues.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance to understand lending products, repayment structures, and basic account terminology.
Relevant experience in collections, banking, microfinance, or financial services is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram with a focus on field or outbound collection activities.
Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Comfort with using digital tools or mobile applications for tracking and updating collection activities.
Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
