Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration.
We’re hiring a Talent Sourcer to help our recruiters find qualified candidates, map healthcare markets, and build a more accurate, useful recruiting database. This person will work closely with our recruiting and data teams to support searches across skilled nursing, senior living, home health, and hospice in the United States.
AI proficiency is a priority for this role. We want someone who already uses AI to improve research and data work, is curious enough to test new approaches, and has the judgment to verify results before they reach our recruiters or database. You do not need to be a developer. You do need to show us how you’ve used AI to make your work better.
Responsibilities
Identify potential candidates for healthcare leadership, clinical, operations, and business development searches.
Build targeted candidate lists using LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, online research, and other relevant sources.
Research healthcare organizations, facilities, leadership teams, and local talent markets.
Find and verify candidate contact information, employment history, and other details recruiters need for outreach.
Add, update, and clean records in our applicant tracking system, including duplicates and outdated information.
Partner with recruiters to understand each search and adjust sourcing strategies based on their feedback.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, organize information, improve data quality, and identify opportunities to simplify recurring work.
Check AI-generated information against reliable sources and maintain clear, consistent records of your work.
Qualifications
Experience in talent sourcing, recruiting research, lead generation, or a similar research-focused role.
Strong skills in LinkedIn research, Boolean search, and finding candidates beyond an initial search result.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in your work, with specific examples of what you used them for and how you checked the output.
Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records in an ATS, CRM, or similar system.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and learning new recruiting tools.
Strong written and spoken English for working with a US-based team.
Ability to manage projects independently, communicate progress, and ask good questions when a search needs a new direction.
Preferred qualifications
Experience sourcing candidates for US companies or recruiting agencies.
Familiarity with US healthcare, particularly skilled nursing, senior living, home health, or hospice.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Crelate, HireEZ, ZoomInfo, or comparable tools.
Experience mapping companies and building candidate pipelines for specialized roles.

You give recruiters relevant, well-researched candidates to contact. You help us understand where talent sits in each market. Our recruiting database becomes more accurate and easier to use, and you find practical ways to use AI to make that work faster without sacrificing quality.
