Role Description The Technical Head is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading the technical operations and service delivery for solar projects. This role oversees system design, installation quality, technical support processes, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The Technical Head will guide and mentor technical teams, coordinate training programs, and ensure efficient resolution of customer issues. Daily activities include reviewing project plans, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing technical workflows, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to deliver reliable solar solutions.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess site conditions, system performance, and cost-benefit outcomes.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
Hands-on experience in technical support and troubleshooting for solar or electrical systems.
Proven team management and leadership skills to guide technicians and engineers.
Ability to design and deliver training programs for technical staff and field teams.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
Experience in rooftop solar projects, installation standards, and safety practices.
Familiarity with relevant regulations, subsidies, and government solar schemes.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects on-site.
