US Staffing Recruiter – Contractor

We are looking for experienced and motivated US Staffing Recruiters to join our team on a work-from-home contractor basis.
This opportunity is ideal for recruiters who have hands-on experience supporting US clients and recruiting across multiple domains, and who are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced staffing environment.
🔹 Domains We Recruit For
Recruiters with experience (Medical / Medical Devices / Biotechnology/ Semi Conductor Industry experience Preferred) in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
• IT / Technology Staffing – Software, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, QA, Applications, etc.
• SAP Consulting – SAP Functional & Technical consultants, S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, ABAP, BW, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.
• Non-IT / Corporate Staffing – Finance, HR, Operations, Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Business Operations, etc.
• Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Quality, Automation, Design, Civil, and related engineering disciplines.
• Medical / Healthcare – Clinical, Healthcare Operations, Allied Health, Medical Administration, and related roles.
• Biotechnology / Life Sciences – Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Research, Laboratory, Clinical Research, and Life Sciences positions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Source and identify qualified candidates for US-based requirements.
• Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.
• Understand technical and non-technical job descriptions and identify relevant skill sets.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Communicate effectively with candidates regarding opportunities, job details, interview processes, and requirements.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the staffing/recruitment team to understand priorities and deliver candidates within required timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity records.
• Demonstrate strong follow-up, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ Prior experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment
✅ Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle
✅ Experience working with US time zones especially PST
✅ Ability to source candidates independently and work with minimal supervision
✅ Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
✅ Experience recruiting for any of the domains mentioned above
✅ Ability to work remotely with discipline, ownership, and consistent follow-up
