Senior AI Engineer — Client-Facing / Project-Based
Devinity Solutions is looking for a strong Senior AI Engineer who can work directly with prospective clients, understand their technical requirements, and represent Devinity in technical discussions.
This role is ideal for an experienced AI engineer who has strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable taking ownership of client-facing technical conversations.
What You’ll Do
Join calls with prospective clients and understand their business and technical requirements.
Discuss AI architecture, solutions, implementation approaches, and technical feasibility.
Participate in technical interviews and technical evaluation calls on behalf of Devinity.
Communicate confidently with international clients and technical stakeholders.
Translate client requirements into practical AI/technical solutions.
Once an engagement converts into a project, take ownership of the technical side of the engagement.
As you take on more projects, you may have the opportunity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and build a small engineering team to support delivery.
Compensation
$1,500 USD per project per month
Payment applies to projects that convert into active client engagements and are assigned to you.
Flexible Commitment
You do not need to leave your current job to start.
If you're currently working full-time, you can initially contribute around 1–2 hours per day, primarily for client calls and technical discussions.
As you take on more projects, you can gradually increase your involvement.
Strong performers may eventually manage up to 4 projects in parallel with an engineering team supporting delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML and modern AI technologies.
Strong understanding of AI architecture and implementation.
Experience discussing technical solutions with clients or stakeholders.
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Confidence in client-facing conversations.
Ability to independently lead technical discussions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Professional communication and a high level of ownership.
