HR Startup Team Member

You will work with the founders to hire and build the organization.
This includes using technology stack to hire, train, and establish performance management systems.
You will work closely with the founders to grow the business. The founders believe in HR as a strategic function.
Startups are dynamic oragnizations and need team members who can manage uncertain and ambiguous environments.
In addition to leading the HR function, you will also use our hiring platform to manage talent acquisition for our clients.
The company is a tech-intensive environment. All work happens on our technology platforms
Talent Acquisition & Management
● Manage the whole hiring process—from writing job descriptions to interviewing—using our hiring platform.
● Keep a live list of potential candidates ready in the system so we can hire and grow quickly.
● Onboarding.
● Learn our hiring platform inside and out and become an expert recruiter. You will use these skills to act as a hiring specialist for external clients.
Performance, Culture & Development
● Run performance reviews and track progress using our digital planning tool to help employees grow continuously.
● Solve employee issues smoothly, both formally and informally, by building trust and praising good work.
● Help the founders design jobs and team structures as the business changes.
● Plan fun team-bonding activities and set up learning courses on our digital Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Skills, Qualifications, and Location
● Tech-savvy - comfortable with technology and able to learn software quickly.
● Mindset: A fast learner with a positive attitude who can handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and focus on what matters most.
● College degree or higher in Human Resources or a similar field. Non HR professionals keen on developing themselves in the Strategic HR domain are welcome
● Ability to speak and write in both English and Hindi.
