English Teacher

We are looking for an experienced and engaging English Communication & Presentation Trainer to help our employees strengthen their professional English skills and communicate more confidently with U.S.-based clients.Our employees work in a technology environment and regularly participate in client meetings, project discussions, presentations, demonstrations, and day-to-day business communication. The trainer will design and deliver practical, workplace-focused English training that helps employees communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in real business situations.This role is ideal for someone with experience teaching Business English, corporate communication, presentation skills, or English for technology professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver English training sessions for employees at different proficiency levels.
Improve employees' speaking fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and listening comprehension.
Help employees communicate naturally and professionally, especially presentation skills with U.S. clients and colleagues
Train employees on common workplace communication situations, including: Client meetings; Project updates; Daily stand-ups; Technical discussions; Requirement clarification; Problem-solving conversations; Giving and receiving feedback, ..etc
Coach employees deliver clear, structured, and persuasive presentations in English.
Conduct presentation practice sessions, mock client meetings, and role-playing exercises.
Ability to customize training content for technology-related teams such as Software Development, AI, Data, Product, Project Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
Qualifications
At least 4–7 years of experience teaching English, Business English, corporate communication, or professional communication skills.
TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, an IELTS score of 8.0 or higher, or a similar English-teaching qualification.
Experience teaching people in technology, software, IT, AI, or other technical industries.
Experience with presentation coaching, public speaking, or executive communication.
Experience teaching adult learners or working professionals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Comfortable providing direct, constructive feedback and coaching.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to different English proficiency levels and learning styles.
Strong organizational and online lesson-planning skills.
Familiarity with US business communication styles and workplace culture.
