Senior finance and business executive with 15+ years of experience in financial management, corporate strategy, business operations, and executive leadership. Proven experience partnering with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and executive leadership teams to drive strategic planning, business growth, capital allocation, operational performance, and long-term value creation.
Lead the company’s overall financial strategy and business planning, contributing to long-term corporate strategy, business model optimization, and major strategic decisions.
Direct annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning, translating corporate strategy into actionable financial and operating plans.
Develop and enhance financial management, business performance analysis, and management reporting systems to support data-driven executive decision-making.
Analyze financial and operational performance to identify growth opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, profitability improvement opportunities, and business risks.
Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, capital allocation, and capital structure optimization to support sustainable business growth.
Support strategic transactions, including financing, investments, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, with responsibility for financial due diligence, valuation analysis, transaction structuring, and post-investment integration.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reporting frameworks, aligning financial performance with strategic and operational objectives.
Partner closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team on growth strategy, capital allocation, risk management, investment decisions, and overall business performance.
Lead finance and cross-functional teams while driving finance transformation, process optimization, digitalization, internal controls, and corporate governance initiatives.
Oversee financial risk management, compliance, and governance to ensure sound, transparent, and effective financial operations.
Transform the finance function from traditional accounting and reporting into a strategic business partner, working closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Investment, and Corporate Development teams.
Provide financial and strategic leadership in complex, multi-business, and high-growth environments, integrating financial management, capital strategy, and corporate strategy to support sustainable enterprise value creation.
