Head of Ecosystem

About The Role
Atom.com is seeking a Head of Ecosystem to build and scale our partner network from the ground up. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced leader who has successfully taken a partnerships program from zero to scale and possesses the relationships and strategic instincts to replicate that success.
We are specifically seeking candidates deeply embedded in the AI startup ecosystem. You know the builders, founders, and key tools, understand how AI companies approach naming, branding, and domains, and can speak their language with authority.
What You'll Do
Own the Partnerships Function: Drive the end-to-end strategy, outreach, negotiation, and execution of Atom's ecosystem program.
Expand Key Networks: Identify and build strategic relationships with AI startups, developer tools, accelerators, incubators, venture funds, and founder communities.
Drive Business Impact: Architect and scale a high-yield partner program that generates measurable revenue growth and expands brand presence.
Execute Co-Marketing & Distribution: Develop multi-channel referral programs, integration opportunities, and co-marketing initiatives with key ecosystem partners.
Serve as Atom's Ambassador: Represent Atom in relevant founder communities, industry events, and strategic high-level conversations.
Build Scalable Infrastructure: Design the operational systems, tools, and processes required to transform standalone partnerships into a repeatable growth engine.
What We're Looking For
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience scaling a partnerships or ecosystem program from initial concept to high-impact output.
Established AI Network: Deep, existing relationships within the AI ecosystem—including founders, operators, investors, and community leaders.
Self-Starter Mindset: Proactive ability to independently open doors and create high-value opportunities rather than simply managing existing accounts.
Executive Presence: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills capable of representing Atom at a senior level.
Builder Orientation: Highly comfortable operating as the founding member of this function—combining high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
Startup/Marketplace Experience: Background in a fast-paced marketplace or high-growth startup environment is strongly preferred.
