PLC Programmer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a PLC Programmer with 2–4 years of experience in industrial automation. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and troubleshooting PLC-based control systems and supporting automation projects.

Note: We are an Industrial Automation company (NOT an IT Company). Candidates can apply only if they have experience or a strong interest in industrial automation or the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs
Design and integrate HMI/SCADA systems
Perform testing, installation, and commissioning of automation systems
Diagnose and resolve issues in PLC, HMI, and control systems
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and project teams
Maintain documentation for programs, system configurations, and changes
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and industry standards
Skills & qualification
Hands-on experience in PLC programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi)
Deep Mitsubishi PLC knowledge is added advantage
Hands-on experience with PLC/HMI programming tools such as TIA Portal, GX Works3, or ISP Soft
Strong skills in ladder logic development; knowledge of Function Blocks and STL is an added advantage
Experience with communication protocols like Profibus, Profinet, Modbus TCP, and RS232/485
Experience with HMI/SCADA (WinCC, FactoryTalk, etc.)
Strong understanding of industrial automation systems
Knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus)
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation
2–4 years of relevant experience in PLC programming and automation
