Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Bid Manager at Enthral.ai. The Bid Manager intern will support end-to-end bid and proposal activities, including coordinating inputs from sales, product, and delivery teams, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders. Daily responsibilities include organizing bid documentation, maintaining bid trackers, assisting in drafting and formatting proposal content, and aligning submissions with company standards and client requirements. The role also involves following defined bid processes, conducting basic research on client needs and competitor offerings, and contributing to continuous improvement of bid templates and best practices. The intern will collaborate across functions, manage deadlines, and help ensure that bids are compliant, compelling, and consistent with Enthral.ai’s positioning.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Bid Preparation and Bid Writing to develop clear, structured, and persuasive proposal content.
Candidates should possess skills in Bid Management and Proposal Management to coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables for each opportunity.
Candidates should possess skills in understanding and following Bid Processes to ensure compliance with internal workflows and client requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present complex information clearly.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software); familiarity with SaaS or technology solutions is an advantage.
Educational background in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred; prior exposure to sales operations, bidding, or proposal writing is beneficial.
