Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Tata Capital is a full-time, on-site position based in Bharatpur. The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions. Daily activities include meeting clients, explaining and cross-selling financial products, handling queries and service requests, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring account performance, coordinating with internal teams for smooth processing of applications and transactions, and adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements. The Relationship Manager is expected to meet assigned sales and service targets while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on customer service, trust, and long-term engagement.
Strong sales and negotiation capabilities, including experience in cross-selling and up-selling financial products or services.
Sound understanding of financial services, lending products, and basic credit concepts, or willingness to learn quickly.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and professional manner.
Good organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and digital platforms to track leads, manage customer information, and generate reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in banking or NBFCs is an advantage.
Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company policies and industry standards.
