Farm House Blends is a leading producer in cigar manufacturing. We make premium cigars and help entrepreneurs and established businesses create private label cigar lines under their own brands. We’re looking for an experienced, self-driven sales representative who can build relationships, manage a pipeline, and close deals.
All leads are provided. There is no cold calling. You’ll work primarily through scheduled appointments and follow up with prospects already in our sales pipeline.
What you’ll do
Meet with prospective clients by phone or video to understand their brand, goals, budget, and timeline.
Explain our cigar manufacturing and private label options, including blends, sizes, bands, and packaging.
Help clients choose options that fit their vision and guide them through the sales process.
Follow up consistently, answer questions, handle objections, and close deals.
Track conversations, tasks, and next steps in our CRM.
Coordinate with our team on proposals, pricing, and project handoffs.
What you’ll need
Proven sales experience and the ability to manage deals from the first appointment through closing.
Experience using Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or a comparable CRM to manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity.
A working knowledge of premium cigars and the ability to speak comfortably with cigar buyers and brand owners.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
The motivation to work independently in a remote role with flexible hours.
Compensation
This is a commission-only role with no base salary. Compensation is based on the individual deals you close, with high earning incentives for strong performance. We provide the leads and scheduled opportunities; you bring the sales skills and drive to turn them into clients.
