A Brief Overview
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with hiring managers and business partners to understand their talent needs and expectations in order to develop and implement a recruiting strategy focused on hiring quality candidates. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner utilizes TA technology and data insights to prioritize work and influence business partners on appropriate hiring decisions. This role requires a strong talent lens with the ability to evaluate candidates based on the true needs of the business. Sr. Talent Acquisition Partners have the ability to proactively communicate updates, while adapting to the ever-changing needs of the business. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner is viewed as a true SME who continuously elevates talent for the department they support. Responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding KPI's.
The Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic partner responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment services across a variety of roles and business units. This role combines consultative partnership, data-driven decision-making, and proactive sourcing strategies to ensure the right talent is hired at the right time. The Talent Acquisition Partner builds strong relationships with hiring leaders, mentors peers, and continuously improves recruiting processes to meet evolving business needs. Responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Expected to work Eastern Standard Time hours, as well as flex to meet the needs of the business

What You Will Do As A:
Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners based on mutual respect and trust with the goal of ensuring you serve as a Talent Partner to influence and drive all business decisions related to hiring. This includes having a strong understanding of the business unit you’re supporting, as well as knowledge of how the overall business operates
Act as a Talent subject matter expert (SME) by advising hiring managers and business partners on all things related to hiring with the ultimate goal of improving quality of hire
Review and screen candidates based on agreed upon criteria with hiring manager before presenting qualified candidates to the hiring manager for next steps
Leverage multiple forms of technology to increase automation and drive efficiency in the hiring process. This includes proactively approaching internal partners with continuous improvement ideas on how the Talent Acquisition department can continue to evolve. This includes influencing up to your leader with new ideas and optimizations
Utilize data to tell a story and draw actionable insights that can be implemented for improvements in the hiring process. This includes data around local market insights, individual performance, and business performance to provide a clear and concise talent strategy
Proactively communicate updates and information to hiring managers and business partners in a clear and concise manner
Talent Acquisition Partner
Delivers high-quality hires by aligning talent strategies with business needs, ensuring the right talent is placed in the right roles at the right time.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and talent consultant throughout the hiring process.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a strategic talent lens and market intelligence to ensure alignment with role expectations.
Take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing gaps in recruiting KPIs, driving continuous improvement in performance and outcomes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and participating in projects that elevate the recruiting function.
Adapt to cross-functional recruiting needs, shifting between teams and role types (hourly/salaried) while maintaining consistent delivery standards.
Leverages TA Technology platforms (ATS, Paradox, Sourcing Tools) to streamline workflows, enhance the candidate experience, and drive data-informed hiring decisions; proactively identifies opportunities to optimize system usage and recommends improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide mentorship and support to peer recruiters by sharing best practices, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, including legal compliance; complies with all policies
Requirements
Qualifications of a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner
4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
4-6 years of experience in an internal talent acquisition program or third-party staffing agency/search firm
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree
1-3 years of experience as a Talent Partner, demonstrating ability to influence and drive business decisions
