General Role Information & Requirements
Position Overview: The Telecommunications Manager serves as the primary operational lead responsible for overall contract performance, staffing management, and executive alignment with the Customer Program Management Office (PMO).
Qualifications: Engineering Degree/ Associate Degree in Telecommunications or related field with 8-10 years of experience in Telecommunications Industry
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise management controls, program reviews, and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) compliance.
Provide direct management and operational support to the Customer PM, including executive briefing slides, Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), and risk registers.
Oversee team productivity across tasks, ensuring smooth execution across a huge volume of telecommunications transition orders.
Ensure strict adherence to cybersecurity, CUI safeguarding, and non-disclosure requirements across all project staff.
