Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving sales growth and managing business development within the assigned region. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and presenting HR and talent solutions tailored to client needs. The Regional Sales Manager will plan and execute regional sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations to close deals. Typical day-to-day activities include meeting with clients, collaborating with internal delivery and HR teams, tracking performance against sales targets, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and support long-term regional growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in regional or territory sales management, preferably in HR services, consulting, or B2B solutions.
Strong skills in client relationship management, business development, and account management.
Ability to create and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Solid understanding of HR, talent solutions, or professional services markets is highly beneficial.
Comfort using CRM tools and basic sales analytics to track performance and report results.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
