Business Development - Retail Leasing

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Executive with a strong background in Retail Leasing within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing retail stores for our company and have a deep knowledge of the Delhi NCR market, including Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Indirapuram, and Delhi
Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing retail leasing opportunities for the company.
Manage end-to-end leasing activities, from identifying properties to closing deals.
Conduct market research to identify potential locations for retail stores and businesses.
Maintain and build relationships with landlords, property owners, and developers in key areas of Delhi NCR.
Regularly visit sites to evaluate and update leasing portfolios and prospects.
Work closely with the retail development team to align leasing strategies with business goals
Visit potential properties, evaluate them based on criteria, and report findings
Qualifications
Experience in Real Estate with a focus on Retail Leasing.
Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR market (Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Indirapuram, and Delhi).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of successful retail leasing and store sourcing.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Own bike for site visits.
Ability to travel across Delhi NCR for market research and client meetings.
