Role Description The Founder will lead the overall vision, strategy, and operations of Honey Career Solutions in a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business goals, building and refining service offerings, and overseeing core functions such as marketing, sales, and client delivery. The Founder will establish and manage partnerships with employers, training providers, and other stakeholders, while also developing processes to support sustainable growth and quality standards. This role includes hiring and mentoring team members, managing budgets and resources, and monitoring performance metrics to guide decision-making. The Founder will represent the organization in meetings and events, actively seeking new opportunities and ensuring that all activities align with the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications
Proven experience in entrepreneurship, business leadership, or building new ventures, preferably in recruitment, education, HR, or professional services.
Strong skills in business strategy, operations management, and organizational planning, with the ability to set priorities and execute effectively.
Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development.
Ability to develop and refine service offerings, including career guidance, training programs, or placement services, based on market needs.
Competence in basic financial management, budgeting, and performance tracking to support data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally.
Demonstrated capacity to build, lead, and motivate diverse teams in a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and commit to a long-term vision for growing Honey Career Solutions.
