Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in an on-site, full-time role based in Poonamallee. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management processes, and developing strategies for effective HR management. The role also includes providing support for recruiting, training, compliance, and employee relations activities to ensure a productive and satisfied workforce. The ideal candidate will serve as a point of contact and resource for both staff and management on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Human Resources and HR Management
Advanced knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
Proficiency in Personnel Management practices and employee lifecycle management
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Experience with HR software systems is a plus
Knowledge of compliance with labor laws and regulations
