Role Description The 3PL role at Hanuman Packing Company is a full-time, on-site position based in Behat. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing warehouse inventory, and ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. The 3PL professional will communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to schedule deliveries, resolve logistical issues, and maintain up-to-date records in company systems. Daily responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, verifying documentation, supporting loading and unloading activities, and following safety and quality standards. The role also includes participating in process improvements, assisting with basic reporting, and supporting overall warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Qualifications
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or third-party logistics operations, with knowledge of basic supply chain processes.
Ability to coordinate shipments, manage inventory records, and handle documentation such as invoices and delivery notes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.
Effective communication skills for working with internal teams, suppliers, and transport partners.
Comfort with using basic computer applications and, ideally, warehouse or inventory management software.
Ability to perform on-site tasks, including standing, moving goods, and following safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
Prior experience in a packaging or manufacturing setting is an advantage but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
