Aadharshila Brand Solutions, Vadodara, is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team.
We are looking for someone confident, proactive, and passionate about building client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Connect with potential clients through calls, email, and LinkedIn
Develop and maintain client relationships
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative team
Arrange meetings and follow up on leads
Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the team
Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regular BD reports
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in client interaction and presentations
Experience in advertising, branding, digital marketing, website development, or creative services will be an advantage
Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email, and other business networking platforms
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
