Role Description The Head of Operations at PUNO is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across the all entertainment center. This role involves planning, optimizing, and monitoring operational processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences. The Head of Operations leads and mentors cross-functional teams, coordinates staffing and scheduling, and ensures adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. They manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, implement process improvements, and collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion plans. The role also includes close coordination with marketing, finance, and vendor partners to support smooth operations and continuous innovation.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, policy implementation, and service quality oversight.
Proven Analytical Skills for interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions.
Effective Team Management capabilities, including leadership, coaching, and cross-functional coordination.
Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
must have 5 years experience of fec, gaming or amusement industry
Experience with Budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to support efficient and sustainable operations.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, operations, management, or a related field.
Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, leisure, or service-oriented industries is highly beneficial.
Strong problem-solving mindset, commitment to safety and compliance, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
