About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing HR team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process. This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals who want to build a career in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, & referrals.
Search and identify suitable candidates according to job requirements.
Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online screening.
Understand candidate experience, skills, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment trackers/MIS.
Maintain a positive candidate experience and professional communication.
Work toward monthly recruitment targets.
Build a strong candidate database for current and future hiring requirements.
Coordinate with the HR/TA team to ensure timely closure of open positions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Daily candidate sourcing and calling activity.
Number of qualified profiles generated.
Number of candidate screenings/interviews scheduled.
Interview-to-selection conversion.
Monthly hiring/closure targets.
Timely updating of recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of recruitment experience can apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making candidate calls and conducting initial screening.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
